Clear Polycarbonate Visor – Type II Hard Hat System
The Columbia Clear Polycarbonate Visor is designed to provide face protection when used as part of a compatible hard hat visor system. The clear polycarbonate construction provides an unobstructed field of view while helping protect the face from flying particles, debris and other appropriate workplace hazards.
Designed for use with compatible Columbia Type II hard hat systems, this visor attaches to the appropriate visor holder to create an integrated head and face protection system.

IMPORTANT – REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM BEFORE USE
This visor is supplied with a protective peel-away film on BOTH sides of the visor to help prevent scratching and damage during shipping and handling. Remove the protective film from both sides before using the visor.
IMPORTANT EYE & FACE PROTECTION INFORMATION
A face visor / face shield is usually considered secondary protection.
- Safety glasses or goggles should be worn underneath the visor where there is a risk from flying particles, sparks, chemicals, or other eye hazards.
- For chemical splashes or fine dust, sealed or appropriately ventilated goggles may be required instead of ordinary safety glasses.
- All eye, face and head protection must fit properly together without interfering with each other.
Always select eye and face protection appropriate for the specific workplace hazard and applicable workplace safety requirements.
Visor Holder Required
This visor must be used with the appropriate compatible visor holder. Please check your existing hard hat and visor mounting system before purchasing to ensure proper compatibility.
